Madrigal, founded by Sandy Berlin and Mike Kay (of Lyric Hifi in New York), was the parent company of Mark Levinson and Proceed.
Today, these brands (along with Revel and Lexicon) fall under the umbrella of
Harman Specialty Group - part of Harman International.
