Remote Technologies Inc. (RTI) has introduced a new control system kit that includes the T2i universal remote, the RP-4 RF control processor, and the RTiPanel app for iOS. RTI says this package is ideal for control of a smaller home theater, media room, or bedroom system. The T2i combines a customizable touchscreen with hard buttons, and up to five users can control the system via the RTiPanel app.

Using RTI's award-winning RTiPanel app for Apple devices, up to five users can control installed electronic systems via their smartphones and tablets. In addition, the system kit's T2i remote control provides the convenience of dedicated control in a sleek, ergonomic design. Completely customizable, the T2i has a vivid 2.8-inch color touchscreen and programmable hard buttons for powerful control that is easy enough for anyone to use. As a result, installers are able to provide home or business automation customers with a consistent experience across all controllers within their system, or a unique interface designed to set their device apart.
Centered on RTI's RP-4 RF control processor, the kit's all-in-one processing solution features an integrated 433-MHz RF receiver, four assignable IR ports, two voltage sense inputs, and two programmable relay outputs. The kit even includes four vIRsa Mouse IR emitters, for a cost-effective package with expanded control options and dependable operation of A/V and other electronic systems.
