Amazon’s Fire TV is getting a new software update, which includes individualized profiles, improved Alexa voice support, a revamped interface, and a “Find” search function that enables viewers to search across multiple streaming platforms. The user profile update enables viewers to create 'kid' profiles that include additional safety restrictions. Devices are being updated gradually, with Amazon announcing that the newer Fire TV Sticks will be the first to receive the new software.
Fire TV Stick offerings include the Fire TV Stick Lite (normally $29.99) for $17.99, the Fire TV Stick (normally $39.99) for $29.99, the Fire TV Stick 4K (normally $49.99) for $39.99, and the Fire TV Cube (normally $119.99) for $99.99.
