Here's more about the HDBaseT Alliance:
The HDBaseT Alliance, the cross-industry association tasked with promoting and advancing the HDBaseT standard, is happy to welcome Anode Cathode as its new Adopter member. Anode Cathode Limited is a distribution company for electronic components and services, focused exclusively on supporting manufacturers who are designing HDBaseT technology into their platforms.
"HDBaseT technology has been a game-changer since it was released over 10 years ago, allowing transmission of uncompressed UHD video and audio, Ethernet, USB, control and power (up to 100W) over a single Category cable for up to 100m," said Jonathan Regalado-Hawkey, Director, Anode Cathode Limited. "With the release of HDBaseT Spec 3.0, the technology continues to positively disrupt the Professional AV industry. Our aim at Anode Cathode is to address any new challenges manufacturers may experience when embedding HDBaseT into their products, regardless of whether they are already experienced and familiar with HDBaseT, or completely new to the technology. We offer a "one-stop shop" for purchasing cost-effective electronic components that have been validated for HDBaseT, and will carefully guide you through the selection process according to your technical requirements."
"We are truly excited to welcome Anode Cathode as the latest HDBaseT adopter", said Tzahi Madgar, President, HDBaseT Alliance. "It is evident from their knowledge and expertise on the technology that they will be a fantastic resource for engineers wanting to pick the right electronic components for their designs, and it will help manufacturers accelerate new product developments with HDBaseT technology, benefitting the AV industry as a whole."
