Bryston has announced a new top-shelf digital music player, the $3,495 BDP-3. According to the company, the new flagship player is faster and offers enhanced performance and flexibility. The BDP-3 supports hi-res DSD 128 and 32-bit/384-kHz PCM playback and has three USB 3.0 and five USB 2.0 ports, as well as S/PDIF and AES/EBU outputs. It is Roon Ready and includes the TIDAL streaming service. The BDP-3 is available for pre-order now and will ship in six to eight weeks.

Bryston has announced the introduction of the BDP-3 digital music player, a reference quality entertainment hub capable of reading virtually all digital file formats and resolutions, including DSD 128 and high-resolution PCM up to 32-bit/384-kHz files. BDP-3 users can connect to digital music libraries stored on external drives such as NAS or USB to access a nearly limitless archive of digital content, enjoy their favorite Internet radio stations, as well as lossless TIDAL streaming (subscription required).
