Cary Audio just announced a new Direct Sales Program.
The company claims to receive calls nearly every day from potential customers who want to know where they can audition and purchase Cary Audio products after finding no local dealers listed on our website. While Cary Audio continues to support the company's independent authorized dealers, they realize that there needs to be a way for consumers in all parts of the US and Canada to get the company's equipment.

In order to do this, Cary Audio has decided to implement a remote customer sales initiative to apply to those consumers who are at least 100 miles (160 kilometers) from the nearest authorized Cary Audio dealer. Products purchased will be shipped directly from Cary Audio to the consumer, and will carry the regular limited warranty and a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
This is a new direction for Cary Audio, particularly in light of the proliferation of direct sales being done in today's environment. The company doesn't intend for this to be a company redesign but to only apply to those customers who do live far from an available dealer. As the company adds dealers in these open areas, Cary Audio will remove that market as being available for direct sales.
The Dealer Locator on our Cary Audio's website has been updated to indicate if someone is eligible for the Direct Sales Program by searching with their zip/postal code. If their zip/postal code is located over 100 miles (160 kilometers) from an existing authorized Cary Audio dealer, they are eligible for this program and will need to contact the Sales Manager located in their region for more information.
