As an evolution of the BR03, this new bookshelf speaker boasts a larger cabinet and a redesigned front-firing bass port to enhance low-end response while maintaining a sleek, modern look. The BR04 sticks with Triangle’s signature style, offering six different finishes—Black, Chestnut, Light Oak, Oak Green, Light Oak Blue, and White—so they’ll blend into just about any room. The magnetic fabric grilles keep things looking clean while offering some protection for the drivers.
One of the biggest changes from the BR03 is the larger cabinet size, which helps extend the bass response. Triangle has also moved the bass-reflex port to the front instead of the back. That might sound like a small tweak, but it makes a big difference. With a front port, you can place the speakers closer to a wall without affecting the sound too much—great if you're tight on space or don’t want to worry about speaker placement.
At the heart of the BR04 is a two-way driver system. The 25mm silk dome tweeter uses Triangle’s EFS (Efficient Flow System) waveguide, which helps spread the sound evenly across the room for a smooth, detailed treble.
