JBL has introduced its latest series of AV receivers and Stage 2 speakers. These products, collectively known as the MA series of AVRs and Stage 2 speaker range, are designed to enhance the home theater experience with sleek aesthetics, advanced technology, and ease of use. Available in Latte and Espresso colors, these products not only promise high performance but also aim to seamlessly blend with contemporary home interiors.

The MA Series AV Receivers

JBL's MA series consists of five AV receiver models, each catering to different levels of audio-visual needs. The lineup includes the MA310, MA510, MA710, MA7100HP, and the flagship MA9100HP. These models range in price from $399 to $1,599, offering various features and capabilities to suit diverse consumer preferences.

MA310: The entry-level MA310 is a 5.2-channel receiver priced at $399. It delivers 60W per channel and supports 4K/60Hz HDMI inputs. It features basic HDR10 support and Dolby Audio but lacks Dolby Atmos and DTS

support.

MA510: Priced at $599, the MA510 also supports 5.2 channels but with a higher power output of 75W per channel. This model upgrades to 8K HDMI 2.1 support, which includes 4K/120Hz compatibility, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision.

MA710: This 7.2-channel receiver, priced at $799, boosts the power to 110W per channel. It includes three HDMI 2.1 inputs and adds support for Dolby Atmos and DTS:X, enhancing the immersive audio experience.

MA7100HP: At $1,199, the MA7100HP offers 125W per channel and includes additional features such as two HDMI outputs, Bluetooth transmission capability, and compatibility with the Dirac Live automatic room calibration system.

MA9100HP: The flagship model, priced at $1,599, is a 9.2-channel receiver delivering 140W per channel. It supports advanced features like 8K HDMI 2.1 inputs, Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, and low-noise Class D amplification. It is also ready for the premium Dirac Live room calibration system.

All MA series receivers come with features aimed at simplifying setup and enhancing usability, such as an intuitive on-screen menu system and the EZ Set EQ app for automated sound optimization based on room acoustics. These receivers also support high-resolution audio formats and are compatible with Apple AirPlay, Google Chromecast, and Spotify streaming, along with Bluetooth connectivity.

The Stage 2 Speaker Range

Complementing the MA series receivers, JBL's Stage 2 speaker range comprises eight models, including floorstanding speakers, bookshelf speakers, a center channel speaker, subwoofers, and a Dolby Atmos-enabled height module. Prices for these speakers range from $299.99 to $1,199 per pair, offering a variety of options to suit different room sizes and audio preferences.

Floorstanding Speakers: The Stage 2 lineup includes two floorstanding models, the 260F and 280F. The 260F, priced at $999 per pair, features dual 6.5-inch woofers, while the 280F, at $1,199 per pair, comes with dual 8-inch woofers. Both models are designed to deliver robust, full-range audio and are compatible with the 240H Dolby Atmos height module.

Bookshelf Speakers: The 240B and 250B are the two bookshelf models in the range. The 240B, priced at $299.99 per pair, includes a 4.5-inch woofer, whereas the 250B, at $399.99 per pair, features a 5.25-inch woofer. These compact speakers are ideal for smaller spaces or as part of a larger multi-channel setup.

Center Channel Speaker: The 245C center channel speaker, priced at $449.99, is designed to deliver clear dialogue and center-channel audio effects. It features a quad 4.5-inch woofer configuration flanking a 1-inch anodized aluminum tweeter.

Subwoofers: The Stage 2 range includes two subwoofer options, the 200P and 220P. The 200P, priced at $499.99, features a 10-inch woofer with 150W RMS power, while the 220P, at $599.99, includes a 12-inch woofer with 250W RMS power. Both models are designed to provide deep, impactful bass.

Dolby Atmos Height Module: The 240H module, priced at $499.99 per pair, is designed to sit atop the floorstanding speakers and deliver height effects for Dolby Atmos soundtracks, enhancing the immersive audio experience.
