Founded in 1983, Lyra, run in Japan by audio distribution legend Stig Bjorge, produces ultra high end preamplifiers and phono catridges and accessories, and was made famous in the 1990s by its Parnassus phono cartridge.

Lyra is still alive and well today serving the needs of the vinyl and analog audio enthusiasts with very high end products including the:
