madVR Labs has launched the Envy Academy Online course for both industry professionals and home theater enthusiasts. This self-paced educational program aims to provide a thorough understanding of configuring and optimizing the madVR Envy video processor to achieve superior picture quality.
The Envy Academy Online course is available at madvrenvy.com/academy-online and offers content in multiple languages soon. It builds on madVR Labs' established Certified for Envy program, which certifies products from manufacturers like Harman Luxury Audio, Anthem, Trinnov Audio, StormAudio, and Indy Audio Labs, ensuring high performance standards.
The course includes a series of 47 video lessons organized into a playlist on the madVR Labs YouTube channel. These lessons cover a range of topics, from basic setup to advanced optimization techniques, making it accessible and practical for participants.
Most lessons are concise, running between 2 to 5 minutes, except for the more advanced modules. The content is designed to be sequential, with each lesson building on the previous one.
The Envy Academy Online course is recognized for Continuing Education Units (CEUs) by CEDIA, an organization dedicated to smart-home education. Industry professionals who complete the course and pass the subsequent exam will earn 3 CEDIA CEUs and receive the title of "Certified for Envy – Product Specialist, Level 1."
