If you got in early on Mohu's Kickstart campaign, then you might be getting your Mohu Channels personal TV device soon. Mohu Channels allows you to watch your favorite over-the-air channels, plus video apps and web content.

From PR Newswire

Mohu, creator of the world's first paper-thin indoor HDTV antenna, today began shipping its first Mohu Channels personal TV devices to its 1,200+ Kickstarter backers. Based on overwhelming crowdfunding support and insights gleaned through its Kickstarter program, Mohu Channels is now packed with a number of new supporter-requested features. This includes Mohu One - a free, curated web video discovery service that allows cord-cutters to easily browse and view a vast array of web videos.

"Kickstarter was a great experience for Mohu, as the incredible support and feedback from of our loyal backers was invaluable in determining many of the final features now available in Mohu Channels," said Mark Buff, co-founder and president of Mohu. "The single most powerful recommendation was to create an easy way for cord-cutters to find great video content available on the web. We are so excited about this new feature called Mohu One that we are also releasing it as a free service available online for anyone to access."

As a new channel that comes pre-loaded in Mohu Channels, Mohu One is packed with an amazing assortment of the most popular and rich video content from across the web, including sports, entertainment, music and more. In addition to being available within Mohu Channels, Mohu One is now accessible for free online at www.mohuone.com for anyone to experience from any web-enabled device.

Mohu Channels is the first device to give consumers the freedom to create their own personalized TV experience by combining their favorite over-the-air (OTA) broadcast channels, video apps and web content in a single, highly personalized channel guide. Built for continuous updating with new features through its user notification system, Mohu Channels will include the following additional features after the product becomes generally available:

Side-Loading - With this function, viewers can view their own video content contained in any USB-connected storage device.
Android and iOS Remote Control Apps - In addition to receiving the Mohu Channels QWERTY keyboard remote with its built-in air mouse, backers requested having the remote available on any Android or iOS smart device.
Time-Shifting - This allows viewers to pause and fast forward OTA TV shows, giving them the convenience and greater control over their TV viewing experience.
5.1 Dolby Pass-Through - Allows users to experience Dolby 5.1 through their home theater audio surround sound system.
Mohu Channels will be generally available in the third quarter of 2014 at www.gomohu.com.
