The Panasonic 2024 TV lineup showcases new OLED and LED models with enhanced features and smart capabilities.

Panasonic 2024 TV Range: New OLED and LED Models with Fire TV Integration

Panasonic has officially revealed its complete 2024 TV range, featuring a robust array of OLED and LED models designed to cater to various consumer needs. The Panasonic 2024 TV lineup includes flagship models with advanced display technologies and integrated smart TV systems, positioning Panasonic as a competitive player in the television market this year

The Panasonic 2024 TV OLED range is headlined by the Z95A, a model that boasts Panasonic’s latest MLA (Micro Lens Array) technology, which improves brightness levels compared to its predecessor, the MZ2000.

Available in 55 and 65-inch sizes, the Z95A features the HCX AI Processor MK II, ensuring superior image quality and supporting all major HDR formats, including Dolby Vision IQ. Additionally, it caters to gamers with a 144Hz refresh rate, AMD FreeSync Premium, and Nvidia G-Sync support, alongside Panasonic’s True Game Mode.

Complementing the Z95A is the Z93A, which mirrors the Z95A’s specifications but omits the MLA technology. This model is exclusively available in a 77-inch size. Both models also come with an integrated soundbar tuned by Technics, enhancing audio performance with 360 Soundscape Pro technology for Dolby Atmos soundtracks.

Panasonic 2024 TV lineup - Z90A OLED

The Z90A, available in 42, 48, 55, and 65-inch sizes, offers similar gaming features and the same HCX AI Processor MK II but utilizes a standard W-OLED panel. Notably, even the smaller sizes include an external soundbar, a feature that could make it a strong competitor against other mid-sized OLEDs in the market.

Further down the lineup, the Z85A, offered in 55 and 65-inch sizes, maintains the advanced gaming capabilities and the HCX AI Processor MK II but lacks the 144Hz refresh rate support found in the higher-end models. The entry-level OLED, the Z80A, available in the same sizes, uses the older HCX Processor and provides a more limited set of gaming features, making it a budget-friendly option within the OLED range.

Panasonic's LED offerings include the W95A, a mini-LED model available in 55, 65, and 75-inch sizes. This model incorporates the HCX AI Processor MK II and supports features like Filmmaker Mode, Dolby Vision IQ, and a 144Hz refresh rate, catering to both movie enthusiasts and gamers.

Panasonic 2024 TV lineup - W95A MINI-LED LCD

The W90A, which uses a full-array LED panel, is available in 43, 50, 55, and 65-inch sizes. It shares many of the high-end features of the W95A, including the advanced processor and gaming support.

The W80A and W60A serve as more standard 4K LED options. The W80A, available in the same sizes as the W90A, uses the HCX Processor and supports 120Hz refresh rate and Game Mode Plus. The W60A, the entry-level model in this range, uses the TiVo smart TV platform, offering features like comprehensive voice search, setting it apart from its more advanced counterparts.

One of the significant shifts in the Panasonic 2024 TV lineup is the adoption of Amazon’s Fire TV OS for its higher-end models. This change affects all models from the W80A upwards, integrating features like Alexa voice control, multiple user profiles, and Amazon's Ambient Experience. This move aims to provide a more intuitive and integrated user experience compared to Panasonic's previous my HomeScreen system.

The integration of Fire TV OS brings additional benefits such as seamless access to a wide range of streaming services, enhanced voice search capabilities, and smart home integration.

Panasonic has also introduced several features aimed at improving the gaming experience on its new TVs. These include ultra-low latency, high refresh rates up to 144Hz, and the Game Control Board for fine-tuning settings. The 2024 models support advanced gaming modes and technologies, ensuring they cater to the needs of modern gamers.

Moreover, the new remote control design includes a customizable MyApp button, allowing users to quickly access their preferred apps or services, adding to the overall convenience and personalization of the user experience.

While the detailed specifications of the Panasonic 2024 TV lineup are unveiled, pricing information on the other end, has yet to be announced. The company has indicated that pricing details will be available closer to the official release dates of the new models.
