Polk Audio has announced that the new Alexa-enabled Command Bar is now available for pre-order through Polk's website and Amazon.com. The $299.95 Command Bar is a 2.1-channel soundbar with two 1.25- by 3.25-inch full-range drivers and dual one-inch tweeters, plus a separate wireless 6.5-inch subwoofer. Integrated far-field microphones atop the soundbar allow you to control system volume, mute, bass, sound modes, and source selection, as well as other smart home skills like lighting, security, and HVAC using the Alexa voice service.
