LG-OLED-G7.jpgLG has announced pricing and availability for six of its 2017 OLED UHD TVs. The complete OLED lineup is divided into five series: B7, C7, E7, G7 (shown here), and the Signature W7. The six models that are coming to market first are 55- and 65-inch TVs that range in price from $3,499 to $7,999. All models support High Dynamic Range (HDR10, Dolby Vision, and HLG) and Wide Color Gamut technologies, as well as an HDR Effect function that converts SDR content to HDR.

From LG
LG Electronics USA announced initial availability and pricing for the 2017 LG OLED TV lineup previewed last month at CES 2017. Details on additional models will be announced at a later date. With perfect blacks, infinite contrast, expanded color gamut and wider viewing angles, the 2017 lineup continues to live up to the unrivaled ability of LG OLED to reproduce the most lifelike images of any display technology.

This year's lineup features the amazing blade-slim design of the B7 and C7 series, Picture-on-Glass design of the E7 and G7 series and, new in 2017, the unique Picture-on-Wall design of the LG SIGNATURE OLED TV W.

All 2017 LG OLED TVs feature Active HDR to render brighter scenes and greater shadow details when displaying HDR content. Active HDR allows LG TVs to process the picture scene by scene, inserting dynamic data where needed. In addition, 2017 LG TVs support the full palette of HDR formats, including Dolby Vision, HDR10 and HLG (Hybrid Log Gamma). This versatility is compounded by the new HDR Effect feature, which processes standard definition content to improve brightness in specific areas and enhance contrast ratios, rendering more precise images.

LG's 2017 OLED TVs are the ultimate expression of a cinema-quality experience in the home, being the first TVs in the market to offer innovative Dolby Atmos sound quality coupled with stunning image reproduction.
