Pro Audio Technology (PRO), a prominent supplier of high-output loudspeakers and DSP loudspeaker controllers for high-end private screening rooms, is celebrating its 20th anniversary with the launch of five new multi-purpose loudspeakers. The new models will be showcased at the CEDIA Expo in Denver, Colorado, from September 5-7, 2024. This new line is designed to address the demand for high-output, compact, and flexible audio solutions suitable for both commercial and residential installations, including DVLED or video wall setups.

The new lineup consists of five models: CF-28.2, CF-46.2, CF-112.2, CF-212.3, and CLF-212. These loudspeakers are designed to offer high maximum output levels and refined acoustic performance while maintaining a compact footprint. They are suitable for various settings, including upscale private screening rooms, outdoor events, and commercial venues.

Each model in the lineup features ergonomic handles, multiple fly points, industry-standard mount points, and pole cups, allowing for versatile installation options. PRO offers optional SplitYoke Multipurpose Mounting Brackets that facilitate installation on walls, ceilings, floors, and other surfaces, eliminating the need for additional accessories.

Additionally, PRO's Caster Kit, designed for the CF-212.3 and CLF-212 models, enables portability, making these loudspeakers particularly appealing for applications requiring mobility, such as DJ setups and corporate events.

The CF-28.2 model features a dual 8-inch, 2-way design with an 80° x 60° elliptical horn, making it ideal for environments that require controlled dispersion and high output. The CF-46.2, with its quad 6-inch drivers and a 120-degree conical coverage, offers a slender profile, making it suitable for tighter spaces without compromising on sound coverage. The CF-112.2, incorporating a single 12-inch driver, also employs an 80° x 60° elliptical horn, providing robust sound in a versatile, compact package.

For those needing more substantial sound reinforcement, the CF-212.3 offers a full-range, multi-use design with dual 12-inch and dual 8-inch drivers in a 3-way configuration. Despite its powerful output, the CF-212.3 maintains a depth of just 10 inches, making it a suitable choice for installations where space is limited.

The CLF-212 subwoofer rounds out the lineup with dual 12-inch, 1,400-watt woofers in a bass-reflex design. It is acoustically matched to work seamlessly with the CF-28.2, CF-46.2, and CF-112.2 models, ensuring consistent sound quality across different configurations.

Pro Audio Technology’s new loudspeakers are positioned at the premium end of the market, catering to both residential and commercial applications that demand high fidelity and robust output. The company emphasizes the flexibility and ease of installation of its new models, highlighting their suitability for high-end audio-visual installations, including those incorporating video walls.
