If you’re looking to spruce up your collection of turntable accessories, Pro-Ject’s new releases are perfect for you.
The new Phono Box RS2, Phono Box Ultra 500, and Phono Box S2 Ultra are Pro-Ject’s newest preamplifiers, are all MM and MC-capable. The Phono Box RS2 ($1,999) is fully balanced and equipped with balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA inputs and outputs, and is available in both silver and black finishes. The Phono Box Ultra 500 ($399) is a limited-edition preamp with precise RIAA equalization and switchable input impedance and capacitance. The Phono Box S2 Ultra ($349) is equipped with precise split RIAA equalization and a switchable subsonic filter. Both Phono Box Ultra models are equipped with one pair of RCA connectors.
For maintenance products, the Sweep It E and Sweep It S2 record brooms are Pro-Ject’s new cleaning solutions. The Sweep It E ($99) is made of sturdy aluminum with a natural hair brush that cleans the record while it plays. The Sweep It S2 ($129) is equipped with neodymium magnet stabilization, and is adjustable for flexible height and placement. Both record brooms are available in both silver and black metal finishes.
