PS Audio has introduced the Sprout 100, an updated version of the company's popular, petite Sprout integrated amplifier. The Sprout 100 features a DAC, a 50-wpc power amp, a headphone amp, a phono preamp, a subwoofer pre out, and built-in Bluetooth. Updates include a new DAC (the Sabre 9016),�improved noise levels and dynamic capabilities for the phono preamp and the headphone amp, and use of the latest ICEpower modules. The Sprout 100 is available now for $599.

The Sprout100 preserves the styling and compact form factor that endeared the original Sprout to critics and thousands of owners worldwide over the last four years, while improving the performance and functionality of every element of the original.
The Sprout's signature features remain: a built-in DAC, Bluetooth, phono preamp, headphone amp, power amp. Revised topologies improve the noise levels and dynamic capabilities of the phono pre and the headphone amp; the Sabre 9016 replaces the previous Wolfson DAC and improves linearity; and the latest, state-of-the-art ICEpower modules provide stunning sound quality and dynamic impact.
