Samsung Electronics America has been recognized for its service excellence in TVs, earning the top spot in overall customer satisfaction for the second consecutive year in the 2024 American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) survey. The company also achieved first-place rankings in multiple key areas, including product quality, service quality, and service experience, solidifying its status as a leader in the TV industry.

According to Samsung, the company’s research indicates that a significant majority of consumers—90% of TV buyers and 94% of home appliance shoppers—prefer brands known for their robust customer service. This preference shows the importance of consistent customer care, a factor that has played a pivotal role in Samsung's sustained success in these ACSI rankings.
