At CES 2025, Samsung revealed its smartest and most versatile TV lineup yet, designed to blend technology with everyday living.

Samsung’s 2025 TV Lineup: 8K, OLED, and AI-Powered Screens You Never Knew You Needed

Samsung has unveiled its 2025 TV lineup at the CES First Look event, introducing an array of Neo QLED, OLED, and Lifestyle TVs that integrate its new Samsung Vision AI platform. With a focus on personalization, adaptability, and connectivity, the 2025 models are designed to enhance both the entertainment experience and the role of screens in smart homes.

This year’s lineup is one of Samsung’s most diverse, featuring advancements in AI technology, display quality, and user experience. From the flagship Neo QLED 8K QN990F to the all-new The Frame Pro, Samsung’s approach combines cutting-edge technology with practical solutions for everyday living. Notably, the S95F, The Frame Pro, and the QS700F were all recognized with Best of CES Awards from HomeTheaterReview, highlighting their innovation and standout performance in a competitive field.

Samsung Vision AI

At the core of Samsung's 2025 TV lineup is Samsung Vision AI, a system designed to make your TV smarter and more in tune with your daily life. It’s packed with features that feel like something out of a sci-fi movie:

Samsung Vision AI.
  • Click to Search lets you instantly look up actors, locations, or even outfits you see on screen—no need to pause or grab your phone.
  • Live Translate takes subtitles to the next level, offering real-time translations in multiple languages so you can enjoy global content without the language barrier.
  • Generative Wallpaper turns your TV into a personalized art piece, creating dynamic wallpapers that reflect your style or mood.
  • Samsung Food goes beyond the screen, recognizing dishes in movies or shows and suggesting recipes that sync with your smart fridge to check for ingredients.

These features aren’t just about watching TV—they’re about turning your screen into a multitasking hub that fits seamlessly into your home, whether it’s for entertainment, staying connected, or even managing your household.

Samsung 2025 Neo QLED 8K Models

Samsung’s 8K Neo QLED lineup for 2025 includes the flagship QN990F and the QN900F, both offering significant technological enhancements.

The QN990F stands out with its new Wireless One Connect Box, which eliminates the need for cables between the TV and peripherals. This box can transmit 8K content at 120Hz over Wi-Fi 7, up to 10 meters away. Other features include:

  • 8K AI Upscaling Pro to make older, lower-resolution content look crisp and detailed.
  • Glare-Free Technology for a better viewing experience in bright rooms.
  • Color Boost Pro, which uses AI to make colors pop even more.
  • Adaptive Sound Pro, delivering immersive audio with a built-in 6.2.4-channel, 90-watt Dolby Atmos setup.

The QN900F may not have the wireless setup, but it still packs plenty of punch. It includes AI-driven picture enhancements and an Ultra Viewing Angle feature, making sure everything looks great no matter where you’re sitting. Both models are built to deliver a stunning 8K experience, but the QN990F takes it a step further with its sleek wireless design.

Samsung 2025 Neo QLED 4K Models

Samsung’s 2025 Neo QLED 4K lineup brings three solid options: the QN90F, QN80F, and the more affordable QN70F—all designed to fit different needs and budgets.

The QN90F is the top-tier pick, offering sizes from 43 inches to a massive 115 inches, making it perfect for everything from cozy bedrooms to home theaters.

It’s packed with features like Glare-Free Technology, so you can enjoy your shows without fighting reflections, and a 165Hz refresh rate, making it a dream for gamers. If you’re going big, the Supersize Picture Enhancer ensures crystal-clear visuals, even on its largest screens.

For those looking for something more budget-friendly, the QN80F and QN70F should be great options. They come with slightly scaled-back AI processors and smaller sound systems but still include Samsung Vision AI features, giving you a smart TV experience without breaking the bank.

Samsung 2025 OLED Lineup

Samsung’s 2025 OLED lineup has something for everyone, from the top-of-the-line S95F to the more budget-friendly S90F and S85F.

The S95F is the star of the show, packed with features like Glare-Free OLED 2.0 for better visibility, even in bright rooms. It also boasts the NQ4 AI Gen3 processor, which increases brightness by 30%, making everything on screen look vibrant and sharp. This next-generation panel technology is one of the reasons the S95F earned the Best of CES Award from us. Add in a 165Hz refresh rate and a Dolby Atmos sound system, and you’ve got a TV that’s ready for gaming, movies, and everything in between.

If you’re looking for something easier on the wallet, the S90F and S85F deliver strong performance with slightly pared-down features. These models still provide Samsung’s signature OLED quality, making them an accessible entry point into premium TV technology without the premium price tag.

Samsung 2025 Lifestyle TVs

Samsung continues to bridge the gap between technology and aesthetics with its Lifestyle lineup. The Frame Pro, a new addition to The Frame series, features a Neo QLED panel, enhanced picture quality, and the Wireless One Connect Box for seamless installation. Its wireless capabilities and improved performance as a TV have earned it the Best of CES Award from us, making it a standout choice for anyone seeking both style and substance in their home entertainment setup.

The expanded Samsung Art Store, now available on Neo QLED and OLED models, offers over 3,000 artworks from renowned institutions like MoMA and the Louvre.

Then there’s The Premiere 8K, a projector that can transform your room into a theater with its ability to project up to a massive 150-inch image at 4,000 lumens. For smaller spaces, the Premiere 5 is a more compact option, and it even includes touch interaction, opening up new ways to use a projector.

Samsung 2025 Soundbars

Samsung’s new soundbars for 2025 look like perfect companions for their TV lineup, and they’re bringing some serious upgrades. Leading the pack is the flagship HW-Q990F, an 11.1.4-channel beast designed for immersive sound. Its compact subwoofer uses dual active drivers to cut down on vibrations while still delivering deep, powerful bass.

Samsung HW-Q990F

Plus, with Q-Symphony Pro, it syncs wirelessly with compatible Samsung TVs, creating a seamless audio experience without the hassle of extra cables. For smaller spaces, the QS700F is a versatile choice, earning our Best of CES award for its impressive features and innovative technology. Both soundbars will debut Samsung's Eclipsa Audio, a cutting-edge 3D audio technology developed in collaboration with Google, delivering an immersive sound experience.

We’re particularly excited that Eclipsa Audio supports a royalty-free spatial audio format, making it accessible for a wider range of users and devices. The QS700F's convertible design works just as well mounted on a wall as it does sitting on a table, making it a flexible and practical option for various setups.

Samsung has yet to announce pricing and availability for its 2025 TV and audio lineup, but more details are expected to be revealed in the coming weeks.
