Samsung has officially confirmed pricing and availability for its full lineup of 2025 soundbars—and there’s a lot to unpack. Following their CES 2025 debut, the company’s latest Q-Series models are now rolling out, and four new B-Series options are on the way. So, if you're building out a home theater or just looking to upgrade your TV audio, there’s likely something in the mix that’ll catch your eye (or your ears).

The lineup includes five Q-Series models, led by the high-end HW-Q990F, and four more budget-friendly B-Series soundbars that will be hitting shelves soon. And one model in particular—the HW-QS700F—is already making waves. We just published our review and gave it the Editor’s Choice Award, thanks to its smart design and excellent sound.

The Q-Series

Let’s start with the Q-Series. These are Samsung’s flagship soundbars for 2025, and they’re packed with features designed to deliver immersive audio, whether you’re binge-watching or gaming.

At the top of the line is the HW-Q990F, a beast of a system with 11 front and surround channels, one subwoofer, and four up-firing speakers for height effects. Basically, it’s trying to bring the full cinematic experience into your living room. What’s interesting this year is the newly redesigned subwoofer—it’s about half the size of last year’s model but supposedly delivers even better bass. That’s a win for anyone tight on space.

All Q-Series soundbars include Dolby Atmos, and several models feature something Samsung calls SpaceFit Sound Pro Plus. It’s basically room calibration powered by AI and built-in sensors. The idea is that the soundbar figures out the shape and layout of your room and tweaks the audio to suit it.

There’s also an updated version of Q-Symphony, which syncs your soundbar with Samsung TVs and even the company’s Music Frame speaker. New for 2025, Q-Symphony can now tell where your Music Frame is placed—even the angle—and optimize sound accordingly. That feature starts with the HW-QS700F and is available on higher models.

A couple of other helpful upgrades include Active Voice Amplifier Pro, which boosts dialogue clarity (goodbye mumbling actors), and Dynamic Bass Control, which keeps your low-end tight without distortion.

Here’s how the Samsung 2025 Q-Series lineup breaks down:

The HW-QS700F is one of the most interesting models in this year’s lineup—and not just because we liked it so much in our review. It’s the first Samsung soundbar that can be placed either vertically or horizontally, and it knows how it’s positioned thanks to a built-in gyro sensor. So whether you put it on a shelf or mount it on the wall, it automatically adjusts its output to match.

That kind of flexibility is rare in soundbars, and it means you don’t have to compromise on where or how you set it up. In both orientations, it still delivers rich, room-filling sound—which is why it stood out to us enough to earn an Editor’s Choice Award.

The B-Series

Samsung’s also adding four new B-Series soundbars, aimed at folks who want simpler setups or tighter pricing. While the details are still a bit limited, these models are expected to cover the basics like Bluetooth connectivity and stereo or basic surround sound.

Here’s a quick look at the pricing:

  • HW-B750F: $449 (Coming Soon)
  • HW-B630F: $299 (Coming Soon)
  • HW-B550F: $199 (Coming Soon)
  • HW-B400F: $119 (Coming Soon)

They’re not here just yet, but should land later this year.

While the Q and B Series are taking the spotlight, Samsung isn’t letting go of its S-Series soundbars—those slimmer, design-forward options are still available. The same goes for the Music Frame, the company’s speaker that looks like a picture frame but syncs with your TV and soundbar as part of the Q-Symphony experience.

All of these soundbars are meant to pair up nicely with Samsung’s 2025 TV lineup, which includes Neo QLED 4K & 8K, OLED, and new versions of The Frame and The Frame Pro. Samsung’s Vision AI tech plays a big role in the latest TVs, helping to adjust both audio and video depending on your space and content.
