According to TWICE, Savant Systems announced the lighting-control manufacturer LiteTouch.
Savant said the new addition of LiteTouch will add a lighting control platform and an array of keypad options that will complement the company's iOS user interface control applications. They will support an variety of controlled devices, including third-party lighting systems in keeping with Savant's system of automation.

"The acquisition of LiteTouch brings to Savant a comprehensive lighting control system including a broad range of aesthetically pleasing keypad solutions from a respected and recognized supplier," said Savant CEO Robert Madonna in a statement.
"Our sales channel has been asking for a lineup of lighting control and integrated keypad products from Savant that operate in concert with Apple iOS devices to manage and control a vast array of connected home and commercial technologies," he said.
Savant's new lighting control group will continue to operate out of the Salt Lake City area, where LiteTouch is based.
