Sonos’ New Upgrade Program Includes More Eligible Devices and Allows You to Keep Your Old Device

The new program replaces the Trade Up promotion, and extends eligibility to newer speakers like the Play:1 and Play:3

Sonos has scrapped its old Trade Up program in favor of its new Upgrade Program, which extends the offer to those who have purchased ewer speakers, like the Play:1 and Play:3 and enables customers who want to purchase a newer speaker to receive either a 15- or 30-percent discount. Owners of the Play:1 and Play:3 are eligible for 15 percent, while the Play:5 (Gen 1), Connect:Amp, and Connect all qualify for the larger discount. What’s more, the new program lets you keep your old product, no trade-in necessary. To see if your device qualifies, visit the Sonos website to sign in or create an account.
