For those looking to maximize video performance without stepping up to the price premium represented by OLED, last year's Sony X900F was pretty much the LED/LCD TV to beat in 2018. So, it's no surprise that this year's X950G is already turning heads, weeks before its official release.
Courtesy of Sony, though, we now have a complete rundown on pricing and availability of the new line, minus the 85-inch model, detailed below, directly from Sony.
The X950G will be available in stores on March 12, with online pre-sales starting the week of February 25.
Please see below for model numbers and MSRP pricing:
We're not yet able to share pricing and availability for the rest of Sony's new TVs announced at CES, but will be sure to let you know once we can.
From what we know so far, the main upgrades over the X900F lineup include an upgrade to Picture Processor X1 Ultimate, which relies on object-based scaling; better built-in speakers (dubbed Acoustic Multi-Audio); improved off-axis viewing; and the addition of Netflix Calibrated Mode.
