Sound Concepts (Jonesville)
Sound Concepts is a hybrid commercial and residential home theater installation firm based in Jonesville, Arkansas. Sadly, in recent years their customer service has become woefully bad. In trying to get information from them as a member of the press - we were hung up on rudely. A call back went even worse.
While they sell a nice compliment of products including: Bowers & Wilkins, Denon, Meridian Crestron, Draper, Epson, K-scape, MartinLogan, McIntosh, Sharp, Sony, Sunfire - they also list many brands that aren't even in business anymore including B&K, Escient, Hitachi and so on. Not a lot of effort goes into keeping their website fresh.
Simply put - we do no longer recommend this dealer anymore.
