Soundcast has announced that its VGX Series of indoor/outdoor wireless speakers is now available through Best Buy's Magnolia Home Design Center, as well as Leslie's Pool Supplies. Both the VG7 (shown here) and VG1 are weatherproof, battery-powered, Bluetooth-enabled speakers. The VG7 ($799) combines four omnidirectional three-inch drivers with a seven-inch down-firing woofer in a cabinet that weighs 21 pounds, while the VG1 ($149) weighs just one pound and features two-inch aluminum drivers and a rear-firing bass radiator.
