SVS showed up in a big way at High End Munich 2025, giving attendees plenty to see—and hear—with the international debut of its Ultra Evolution speakers and new R|Evolution subwoofers. Set up in Hall 3, Booth P02/R01, the Ohio-based brand took over two demo cabins to showcase both a traditional two-channel music setup and a full-on home theater system.
This is SVS’s biggest showing at the event so far, and it’s not just about playing music loud. They’re offering a chance to get up close with their latest gear, including dramatic subwoofer displays and even a cutaway model of their biggest sub to show what’s going on inside.
“SVS has always been about bringing reference experiences to broader audiences and HIGH END Munich 2025 will be the ultimate expression of that vision,” said Gary Yacoubian, SVS President. “Our entire systems literally cost the same as some speaker cables at the show, and we aim to show that immersive, high-end sound is less about price and more about passion and innovation, which SVS delivers in spades.”
For those attending from Europe and beyond, this is the first time to hear SVS’s new lineup outside the U.S. The Ultra Evolution speaker series includes everything from large floorstanding models to compact surround speakers and dedicated center and height channels. These speakers bring several design changes, including diamond-coated tweeters, a Force-Balanced woofer array, and cabinets shaped to improve timing and alignment between drivers.
Paired with them are SVS’s new 5000 and 17-Ultra R|Evolution subwoofers, available in both sealed (SB) and ported (PB) versions. These subs feature dual voice coil drivers, dual monoblock amps, and a 295MHz DSP—their most advanced signal processor yet. It’s all meant to give users better control over deep bass and more flexibility depending on the room or type of content being played.
To help visitors hear what this gear can do, SVS built out two demo rooms—each designed for a different type of listener.
In the two-channel room, it’s all about the music. The system includes:
This room is focused on stereo playback, showing off how the speakers handle everything from vocals and acoustic tracks to more complex mixes.
Next door, the home theater room packs in a full 5.2.2 setup, with:
Whether it’s a blockbuster movie or a concert Blu-ray, the system is built to deliver an immersive experience, including plenty of low-end rumble.
While the demos are the main draw, SVS also brought along its now-famous subwoofer stacks—towering displays made from sealed and ported subs stacked more than seven feet high. These are a fan favorite for show selfies and social media posts. There’s also a cutaway version of the PB17-Ultra R|Evolution, so attendees can see how the sub is built internally.
Everything in both demo rooms is wired using SVS’s own SoundPath Ultra cables, covering speaker connections, HDMI, and subwoofer lines.
All the gear SVS is showing off in Munich is available now, direct from the company. Here’s a breakdown of pricing in U.S. dollars:

While many companies at High End Munich 2025 focus on luxury pricing and boutique design, SVS is taking a more down-to-earth approach. Their gear still packs in high-performance features, but the pricing is positioned to be more accessible compared to many of the brands exhibiting at the show.
Whether you’re into vinyl, hi-res streaming, or 4K movie nights with earth-shaking bass, SVS is giving Munich attendees a hands-on way to experience what the brand is all about—without having to rely on brochures or spec sheets.
