While many Transparent products may be purchased through the online store, others are available only through a Transparent dealer. Transparent products purchased from the store are all eligible for future upgrades to higher performance levels through a Transparent dealer.
Transparent operates their online store in partnership with their specialty dealer network. A customer selects a Transparent dealer during check out or Transparent will choose a dealer in the customer's region to provide future customer support.
