While many Transparent products may be purchased through the online store, others are available only through a Transparent dealer. Transparent products purchased from the store are all eligible for future upgrades to higher performance levels through a Transparent dealer.

Transparent operates their online store in partnership with their specialty dealer network. A customer selects a Transparent dealer during check out or Transparent will choose a dealer in the customer's region to provide future customer support.

Customers can now enjoy the convenience of being able to order the Transparent cables and power conditioning products they need 24/7. Additionally, if a customer needs help, the Transparent staff is ready to help them make the best choices for their long-term music or film system plans and to guide customers through the online purchase process. Contact Transparent at (207) 284-1100, Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM EST for expert advice.

Shipping is free for all store orders within the USA and Canada.
