Vegas, Miami, New York: Klipsch Brings the Party to You

Klipsch has unveiled its Music City Party Series at CES 2025, featuring three new Bluetooth speakers designed to energize gatherings of all sizes. The Klipsch Vegas, Miami, and New York are the latest additions to the brand’s portfolio, blending robust audio performance with user-friendly features tailored for party enthusiasts.

Developed under the guidance of Roy Delgado, a protégé of Klipsch founder Paul W. Klipsch, the Music City Series reflects decades of acoustic expertise. Leveraging Klipsch's horn-loaded technology, these speakers promise high efficiency and low distortion, delivering powerful sound while maximizing battery life.

“It all started with a party,” Delgado reminds us. “Our founder was the DJ when he debuted his legendary Klipschorn loudspeaker at a victory dance in Hope, Arkansas, celebrating the end of WWII.”

Each model is designed to meet the demands of dynamic party environments, offering rich acoustics alongside a suite of interactive features, including RGB lighting, customizable sound settings, and crowd-pleasing sound effects like airhorns and record scratches.

The Music City Series consists of three models, each named after iconic party destinations:

  • Klipsch Vegas: The compact option in the lineup, the Vegas features a horn-loaded compression tweeter paired with a 5.25-inch woofer. Weighing 13.8 pounds, it delivers up to 95dB of output and a frequency response of 45Hz to 20kHz. With an IPX4 splashproof rating and a pole mount for versatile placement, the Vegas is ideal for smaller gatherings. Battery life extends to 8 hours with lighting disabled and 6 hours with lights active. Priced at $299, the Vegas offers affordability without sacrificing performance.

  • Klipsch Miami: Designed for larger crowds, the Miami features dual 5.25-inch woofers and front-facing ports, increasing its bass impact. It offers a louder output of 105dB and an extended frequency response starting at 40Hz. The Miami’s trolley wheels and retractable handle make it portable despite its heft (40.7 pounds). The speaker boasts up to 18 hours of battery life (10 hours with lights on) and a price tag of $549.

With a maximum output of 110dB and a frequency range starting at 35Hz, it caters to outdoor and large-scale events. The New York offers up to 12 hours of playback without lighting effects and 9 hours with them enabled. It features trolley wheels for mobility and retails for $699.

  • Party Link: Connect multiple speakers wirelessly via Bluetooth 5.2 for synchronized sound.
  • Customizable Controls: The Klipsch Connect Plus app allows users to tweak EQ settings, lighting patterns, and more.
  • Connectivity: 3.5mm auxiliary, ¼-inch instrument input, and a USB-A port for reverse charging ensure compatibility with a range of devices.

Engineered for real-world use, the speakers are rated IPX4, making them resistant to splashes and suitable for both indoor and outdoor settings. The built-in rechargeable batteries ensure hours of uninterrupted playback, while the simplified, multilingual manual ensures an easy setup experience.
