Yaber Drops Two New Projectors That Could Redefine Your Movie Nights

Yaber unveiled its first laser UST projector and a budget-friendly portable option at CES 2025, showcasing their evolving approach to home entertainment.

At CES 2025, Yaber introduced two new projectors, each tailored to different home entertainment needs. The K300s, an ultra-short throw (UST) laser projector, and the portable L2 Plus offer interesting options for home cinema enthusiasts. These launches show Yaber’s knack for combining practicality with features that suit both premium and budget-conscious users.

Yaber K300s

The K300s marks Yaber’s first step into the world of ultra-short throw projectors, and it’s designed for spaces where traditional projectors just won’t cut it. With its triple RGB laser light source, the K300s can cast a 100-inch image from just 9 inches away. That means you can enjoy a cinematic experience without rearranging your entire living room.

The K300s delivers native 1080p resolution and supports 4K decoding, making whatever you watch look sharp and detailed. It also brings 1,000 ANSI lumens of brightness and covers over 150% of the NTSC color gamut, so the colors pop even in well-lit spaces. For sound, it’s equipped with dual 15-watt JBL speakers, complete with Dolby Audio support, so you don’t need extra equipment for clear and punchy audio.

Setting up the K300s should be a breeze, thanks to features like instant autofocus and smart keystone correction. There’s even a built-in safety sensor that turns off the laser if something—like curious pets or kids—gets in the way. It runs on Google TV, giving you access to thousands of streaming apps and the ability to screen-mirror your phone.

At $1,000, the K300s is available for pre-order now on Yaber’s website and will soon be in stores across the US, Japan, Europe, and Taiwan.

Yaber L2 Plus

If portability is what you’re after, the L2 Plus might be the better fit. This battery-powered projector is designed for both cozy indoor movie nights and outdoor adventures. It offers a 1.35:1 throw ratio and can project a 150-inch image with 700 ANSI lumens of brightness—plenty for most settings.

Yaber Projector L2 Plus

Unlike the K300s, the L2 Plus doesn’t come with a built-in operating system, but it’s ready for streaming devices via HDMI and includes Bluetooth for pairing with speakers or soundbars. It also has built-in JBL-powered 8-watt stereo speakers, so you’re covered for sound right out of the box.

One standout feature is the special edition design that incorporates Keith Haring’s iconic artwork. This artistic touch adds a unique flair to the projector, blending technology with creative design.

The L2 Plus is expected to hit the market in Q2 2025, with an estimated price of $199. You’ll be able to find it on Yaber’s website and in select stores.

Yaber T2 Plus

Yaber also highlighted its compact T2 Plus at CES, a projector that’s all about convenience. The T2 Plus might not be brand new, but it’s still a star in Yaber’s lineup, especially for those who value portability. This compact projector offers native 1080p resolution and up to 450 ANSI lumens of brightness, making it a great fit for smaller spaces or casual use.

It can project a 120-inch image from just 11 feet away and comes with all the convenience features you’d expect, like autofocus, keystone correction, and obstacle avoidance.

With its built-in battery providing 2.5 hours of cordless operation and a swivel handle that doubles as a stand, the T2 Plus is perfect for impromptu movie nights or presentations. The Keith Haring edition adds a unique artistic vibe, making it as much a conversation piece as a functional device.

The Yaber T2 Plus Keith Haring Special Edition is now available on Amazon for $399.99.
